231 - ஈ.த லிசைபட வாழ்தல் அதுவல்ல

தூதிய மில்லை உயிர்க்கு.

See that thy life the praise of generous gifts obtain;
Save this for living man exists no real gain.

  Explanation:

கொடைத் தன்மையும், குன்றாத புகழும்தவிர வாழ்க்கைக்கு ஆக்கம் தரக் கூடியது வேறெதுவும் இல்லை.

Give to the poor and live with praise. There is no greater profit to man than that.
